  • General oversser, chairperson of meetings, has an undertsandning of all roles and has held a postition in commitee prior or requires a majority vote

  • Assists pres with follow up and assting of committee and sub committees. acting presidnet, sexcretary and/ or club captian when unavailable. UCSA liasion. Assits in major fundraising endeavours.

  • Organises meetings and records minutes. monitors email accounts and correspondants. point of conact for wellfare issues

  • Maintians accounts and organises all financials for the club, including financial reports, audits and spending.

  • Maintains and gains sponsorship opportunities for the club. composes emails throughout the year, organiser of club days, and encourages genral club engagement

  • Oversee the lodge subcomittee and contact with TBSC for lodge related maintenance. Maintains and oversees repairs on the cussc lodge

  • Oversee the publicity subcomittee, Asists with marketing and social pages for all events.

  • Lead the Fundraising subcomittee, Head of the snow sale and should be previously involved, and coordinate grants.

  • Organise events, lead the social subcomittee, and finalise social caleder

SUBCOMMITTEE ROLES

SOCIAL-

Help with event organising and social calendar. Assist with catering when on mountain.

PUBLICITY-

Help run the social pages, marketing and photography. Design merchandise and marketing campaigns. Must have a camera.

LODGE-

Assist with all maintanence and repair of the lodge, including grants, materials and work party volunteers.

FUNDRAISING-

Help coordinate fundraising events mainly the snow sale and apply for grants.
